About Me

While I have been working for the last 25+ years, since 2015, I have been working as a POSH Consultant and my focus in supporting organisations on strengthening their POSH policy, setting up of Internal Committee as well as training Internal Committee members as well as employees.

Between 2021-2024, I was also the Vice President of Maharashtra Anti Sexual Harassment Council, Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

#todayinposh: I started this newsletter in March 2021 with the aim of discussing critical aspects and issues related to sexual harassment at the workplace. For me, POSH is not merely a compliance requirement; it is fundamentally a culture issue. Through these newsletters, I share my reflections, observations, and experiences, with the hope that they resonate with you and, in some way, contribute to meaningful organisational change.
